📋 Booking Changes
If you need to make any changes to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by email or telephone.
If you would like to be pitched next to friends or family, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate.
Bookings cannot be amended within 2 days of arrival and any amendments are subject to availability.
❌ Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We are happy to provide credit notes for alternative stays with us.
Credit notes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
If a camping pitch is cancelled with less than 7 full days' notice prior to arrival, no credit can be issued.
Please check your dates carefully before booking.
🚪 Admission
Admission is only permitted after registering at reception upon arrival.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Unsupervised minors must have written authorisation from a parent or legal guardian.
🕐 Arrival & Departure
Please make yourself known at reception upon arrival.
Check-in time: from 12:00pm.
No check-ins before 12:00pm.
Strictly no check-ins after 8:00pm.
Check-out time: strictly by 11:00am.
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Bookings will be held for 24 hours only, after which management reserves the right to re-let the pitch.
Late check-out may be available subject to availability — please enquire at reception at least 24 hours before departure. Late check-out (until 2:00pm) is £15.
No refunds or discounts will be given for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
📜 General Site Rules
Bookings must not exceed 28 consecutive nights.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30pm and 8:00am.
Radios, TVs and music players must be kept at a low volume at all times.
Please close car doors and boots quietly, especially during quiet hours.
Complaints must be reported to reception during your stay so we can assist promptly.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate the stay of guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered in these circumstances.
The site is not liable for refunds in the event of force majeure.
During colder or wet periods, please be patient when being guided to pitches. When driving on grassed areas, we advise using second gear to protect ground conditions.
👥 Occupancy
No hen or stag parties permitted.
A maximum of 6 people per standard pitch.
🏕️ Pitch Information
You must follow management instructions when pitching your tent, caravan, motorhome or related equipment.
Each standard pitch is strictly for one unit only — one tent, one caravan, or one motorhome.
Guests found placing more than one unit on a pitch without prior agreement will be charged accordingly.
All pitches are pre-allocated and numbered. Requests to be next to friends or family must be made at the time of booking.
You are welcome to have an awning and one small pup tent. Please ensure everything fits within your allocated pitch space.
Please keep your pitch clean and tidy, respect pitch boundaries and use the bins provided for rubbish.
Please take all camping equipment home with you. Leaving equipment behind may result in additional charges or future site bans.
⚠️ Safety
Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and supervised by an adult at all times.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch, as some parts of the site are unlit.
Please adhere to the 5mph speed limit at all times on site.
Please be mindful of children playing around the park.
🚗 Vehicles
One vehicle is permitted per pitch (included in pitch price).
Additional vehicles are chargeable at £5 per night and must be parked in designated areas.
Motorbikes may be brought instead of the included car.
🐕 Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome at Zeacombe House Caravan Park.
